In this guide we will go over how you can manage your private feedback within the platform.

What happens when private feedback is left?
When a customer leaves private feedback we will automatically email the specified email address with the feedback. It will include the customers details so you can respond to the compliant.

Accessing private feedback via the system
Private feedback is also visible inside the system. Follow the below steps to access this data:

  1. Go to get more reviews in the top navigation menu
  2. Click private feedback (left sidebar)
  3. Here you will see all the private feedback for the business
