This is why we support the ability to setup review request reminders so that you can nudge your customers to leave a review based on your defined rules.

- Click on get more reviews in the top navigation menu
- Go to request reviews (left sidebar)
- Click on the SMS tab
- Click edit on your SMS campaign
- Click on the reminders tab
- Click add reminder
- Fill in the information within the popup
- Click add
What happens if a customer leaves a review?
Our system automatically tracks this so when we detect that your customer clicked on the feedback form link within the SMS we automatically stop sending out review requests.
