This is why we support the ability to setup review request reminders so that you can nudge your customers to leave a review based on your defined rules.
Note: Before setting up reminders make sure you have setup an email template that you want to use for reminders.

- Click on get more reviews in the top navigation menu
- Go to request reviews (left sidebar)
- Click edit on your email campaign
- Click on the reminders tab
- Click add reminder
- Fill in the information within the popup
- Click add
What happens if a customer leaves a review?
